What can I save? +
Pretty much anything. Web pages, PDFs, screenshots, photos, emails, your own notes — from your phone, your laptop, or straight from Gmail. Share it in, paste a link, or drag a file in. On Pro and Business you can also save Instagram posts and reels.
What happens to my data? +
It's yours, and only yours. Nothing you save is ever visible to anyone else — every account is completely encrypted. Want to leave? Download everything you've saved as a single zip file from Settings. Delete your account and everything goes with it — no copies left behind.
Can I delete my data? +
Anytime, in one click. Delete a single saved item and it's gone for good. Delete a whole conversation from your chat history. Or delete your account from Settings and everything goes with it — no copies, no 30-day grace period, no support ticket needed.
Can you access my data? +
No — your library is sealed off. What you save is never used to train AI, never profiled, never shared, never read for product or marketing purposes.
Which AI does it use? +
The same world-class AI behind the apps you already trust. On Free and Starter it's fast and snappy; on Pro and Business it upgrades to a sharper, smarter version that handles trickier questions. Either way, your chats and data are never used to train any AI model.
What is "smart cleanup"? +
On Pro and Business, BrainBuddy quietly tidies up after itself. If you've saved ten articles that all mention the same person or topic, it spots that they're the same thing and groups them together — so when you ask "show me everything about X" you get one clean answer instead of ten near-duplicates.
Is there a mobile app? +
An Android app is in early beta — drop us a line and we'll get you in. iPhone is on the way. In the meantime, the web app works beautifully on your phone's browser.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Cancel at anytime, easily by going to your Settings → Manage billing → Cancel, from Stripe's Customer Portal. Takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then and automatically drop to Free after.
